THE OVER 60s QoL GUYS

These terms apply to Lifestyle Wealth Membership when you join. They supplement the website Terms and Conditions. For membership-specific matters, these terms take precedence where the two documents differ. Nothing in either document removes rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.

VAT Status: The X Guys (Pty) Ltd is not currently registered for VAT. VAT is not charged.
What Membership Includes
Lifestyle Wealth Membership provides access to your full saved Health Journey, guided 12 × 3 × 6 training materials and the history of your ongoing 30-Day Plans. Your results depend on your self-reported information and actions; membership does not guarantee health outcomes or improvements in scores.
The service provides educational information. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, clinical monitoring or an individual exercise prescription. Seek appropriate professional advice where your health or exercise needs require it.
Price And Automatic Renewal
The total price payable is R99 per month or R950 per year, in South African rand. These are the full subscription prices; VAT is not added. The annual option saves R238 compared with twelve R99 monthly payments, a saving of approximately 20%. The full annual amount is charged upfront.
Unless cancelled, your subscription renews automatically through Payfast: R99 each month for the monthly plan, or R950 each year for the annual plan. Your checkout shows the amount payable now and the renewal interval before you authorise payment.
If we propose a change to your subscription price, we will notify you by email before charging the new amount and give you an opportunity to cancel renewal before it applies. A price change will not increase the price of a period you have already paid for.
Cancelling Renewal
You can cancel future renewal from your Membership Account. Following successful cancellation, future recurring payments stop and membership access continues until the paid-through date shown in your account and cancellation confirmation. Cancelling renewal does not by itself delete your account, health records or newsletter subscription.
Refunds And Withdrawal
You may withdraw within 30 days of entering into the membership contract without giving a reason. Email info@theover60sqolguys.com before the period expires, stating that you wish to withdraw and identifying your membership account or order. You do not need to use a particular form.
We will acknowledge your request by email. In line with the existing website terms, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. Where you requested the service to start during the withdrawal period, the existing terms provide for a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to withdrawal. Applicable statutory rights are preserved.
Cancelling automatic renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. A cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund a payment already made. Contact us for a withdrawal or refund request.
Free Access And Saved Information
Your free account and the free My Health Journey remain available when paid access ends. Paid history and guided training access depend on your membership entitlement. Existing public video-summary PDFs remain free. Health records are handled according to our Privacy Policy and retention arrangements. You may request export or erasure of your personal information. Cancelling paid membership does not automatically erase your health records or account.
Personal Use And Intellectual Property
Materials offered with a download or print option may be downloaded and printed for your own personal learning. Keep attribution and copyright notices intact. Membership does not permit account sharing, resale, redistribution of member materials or use of the 12 × 3 × 6 materials to deliver a commercial training programme without written permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and stated licences. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.
Accepting These Terms
Before payment, you must actively tick an initially unchecked agreement box after being given access to these membership terms and the website Terms and Conditions. The checkout must show your selected plan, amount payable now, recurring amount and renewal interval, with an opportunity to correct your selection before submitting.
Terms acceptance is separate from optional newsletter sign-up and from consent to save health assessment information. Buying membership does not itself subscribe you to marketing or provide health-data consent.
The checkout acceptance record must identify the account and order, time of acceptance and version of the terms presented. Changes to the terms must not overwrite the wording associated with an earlier acceptance.
